Wimble-win. Newlyweds Pippa Middleton and James Matthews enjoyed yet another outing on Friday, July 14, this time taking their love to one of their favorite date spots: Wimbledon.
The pair dressed impeccably for the summertime sporting event with Middleton in a crisp white dress and a matching Panama hat, which coordinated perfectly against her husband’s button-down shirt, gray blazer and navy tie.
Both were seen enthusiastically cheering on their friend, Roger Federer, at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Wimbledon. (Federer, along with his wife Mirka, were guests at the couple’s wedding in May.)
At one point, Middleton affectionately held her husband’s hand as he seemingly cracked a joke. Matthews also appeared to pleasantly chat with fans seated behind the couple.
Middleton, a devoted tennis enthusiast, has attended Wimbledon consecutively since 2011. Her standout past dates to the annual tennis champions have included her mother Carole Middleton (in 2011 and 2014), big sister Kate (in 2012), ex-boyfriend Nico Jackson (in 2013), brother James (in 2015, 2016 and 2017), and her future husband Matthews, who made his debut at the championship in 2016.
The party planner and Matthews, who manages his own hedge fund, are soon approaching two months of marriage. As recalled, Prince George and Princess Charlotte were members of the wedding party, while Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton helped facilitate the process. The ceremony was followed by a lavish reception at Carole and Michael Middleton’s nearby home in Bucklebury.
