This Behr is ready to become a bride. 2 Broke Girls star Beth Behrs finally celebrated her bridal shower ahead of her wedding to actor Michael Gladis, nearly two years after the couple got engaged.
The bride, 32, and her guests took to Instagram to share photos from the party, thrown by her sister, Emily Behrs, and her mother, Maureen Behrs. “Man, I really felt the love today,” the lady of the moment expressed on social media, while graciously thanking her hosts and her guests in an accompanying slideshow. “I love you all so much!” she concluded.
For the shower, the bride chose an off-the-shoulder white embroidered frock paired with a loose fishtail braid.
Behr’s former fellow Broke Girl and bridesmaid Kat Dennings marked the occasion by posting a pic of herself with the rest of Behrs’ bridal party. “Bridesmaids!” Dennings wrote alongside the group shot. “Showering @bethbehrs with all our love today.”
It was less than a year ago that the star expressed her wedding planning woes. “It nonexistent right now,” she joked with Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest last May. However, the two had a wedding day vision in mind.
“We know woods. I want to be in the woods,” she added. “Daytime, [the] Redwoods, maybe, and everybody else wear cowboy boots is my requirement.”
