Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria celebrated five years of marriage on Friday, June 30, by renewing their wedding vows. According to People, the couple’s children took part in the private ceremony at the Wolffer Estate Winery in Long Island, New York.

The Emmy Award-winning actor, 59, donned a black suit with a coordinating striped tie. Hilaria, 33, stunned in a lacy, floor-length Amsale gown.

Carmen looked adorable in a white, tulle dress and flower tiara. The boys wore a cute combination of white shorts and baby blue, button-front shirts. “Isn’t this lovely?” the proud dad wrote, alongside a snap of his daughter dancing.

The ceremony came as no surprise to the actor’s fans. Days before the festivities, the 30 Rock star let the news slip while promoting his latest film, Blind. “I see what I have and I’m very lucky,” he told E News. “We’re getting remarried on Friday.”

Following the accidental announcement, Baldwin mused that he needed reassurance that Hilaria is still committed. “I need to know I’ve still got you there,” he joked when his wife questioned his motives. “I need to know you’re not going anywhere.”

Hilaria—a fitness and wellness expert—pointed out the real reason for the duo’s decision. “On a serious note, you think when you get married, you’re done,” she explained. “I think it’s really good to say, ‘Hey, I’m still in this.'”

She added: “Basically, we wanted to have a party, and we wanted our friends to come. We’re gonna do something for like five minutes, and then the rest of the time we’re going to be eating, [saying] ‘I love you’… give me my food.” Baldwin chimed in, “It’s an excuse to have food and wine.”

After dating for just over a year, the pair got married on June 20, 2012, at St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral in New York City. Since then, the oldest of the Baldwin brothers has been open about his admiration for his bride. “My wife is the greatest person I’ve ever known,”  he told Ellen DeGeneres in a 2016 interview. “She’s just a living doll, a great person, and a great mom.”
