Janu-Arie is coming. Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham are finally sending out their save-the-dates ahead of their wedding in Hawaii this winter.
The season 22 Bachelor shared a photo of the wedding stationery by Minted on Wednesday, September 5. According to the brand, the couple opted for the Minimalist Display wedding invitation by Coco and Ellie Design. The pair even opted for custom stamps featuring their initials “A + L.”
“Sending these out this week!” Luyendyk captioned the pic. “January can’t come soon enough.”
According to The Knot’s 2017 Real Weddings Study, 78 percent of couples surveyed use save-the-dates, a drastic increase from the 57 percent of couples who sent save-the-dates in 2009. Luyendyk and Burnham also fulfill another majority with 57 percent of couples nationwide opting for professionally-made save-the-dates.
The average cost falls at about $153, and couples typically send their save-the-dates about 8.4 months before the wedding.
The couple will marry on January 12, 2019, at the Haiku Mill in Maui. Luyendyk previously described the venue as a “beautiful, Old World field” that includes plenty of greenery and lush hanging vines.
The nuptials will be intimate with only about 100 guests invited to witness the happy moment. “I think if we were able to get married tomorrow, we would,” Burnham previously said. “We’re just really happy with each other and we vibe well together. We’re best friends, so we’re just ready for that next step.”
Meanwhile, Luyendyk’s ex-fiancee Becca Kufrin revealed last month that she’s engaged to her finalist, Garrett Yrigoyen.
