She’s going to be an Angel! Whitney Bischoff, the former fiancee of Bachelor Chris Soules, is engaged to her boyfriend Ricky Angel.
The Season 19 Bachelor winner announced the news via Instagram on Friday, July 22, alongside a professional photo from the proposal. “Whitney Angel has a nice ring to it, yall!” Bischoff, 31, captioned the black-and-white snapshot taken by photographer Caroline Carter.
In the adorable engagement announcement, the future bride grins as she proudly shows off her sparkling new diamond.

Fans watched Iowa farmer Soules — affectionately known as “Prince Farming” — propose to Bischoff in the May 2015 season finale of The Bachelor. Their romance was short-lived and they announced their split two months after he proposed on national television.

However, they’ve remained good friends. While Soules has yet to address Bischoff’s engagement, he’s currently preoccupied at the Republican National Convention, which will be followed by the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia. The former Bachelor took to Twitter numerous times this past week to share posts about his current work.
