Paradise … lost! ABC has unveiled new photos and additional cast announcements from its upcoming Season 3 premiere of Bachelor in Paradise — and it’s going to be a steamy summer in Vallarta-Nayarit, Mexico.
According to the network’s latest release, the singles will first be welcomed by long-running Bachelor host Chris Harrison, who gets everyone situated at a beach-front cocktail party. Then, Bachelorette Season 12 villain, Chad Johnson, crashes the introductory bash.
“The divisive hunk is the last to arrive, but he makes a big splash, garnering the attention of friends, curious women and former foes,” ABC teases. “Later, Chris Harrison interrupts the party to explain the rules of Paradise, including several shocking details. For the first week, the men will hand out a rose and one woman will be going home!”

As the madness begins, Vinny Ventiera (from JoJo’s season) steals the first kiss with Izzy Goodkind (Ben’s season). Jubilee Sharpe (from Ben’s season) goes on a date with Jared Haibon (from Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season).

Meanwhile, Lace Morris — who was memorably booted from Bachelor Ben Higgins’ season premiere after insulting her fellow bachelorettes — eyes firefighter Grant Kemp. But naturally, she gravitates towards Chad, which is a recipe for disaster. According to ABC, it’s the “start of Paradise’s most intense and chaotic relationship ever.”

Then, there’s that concept of bringing a group of strangers together under one roof. The network previews “flirting, fighting, and [the] use of inappropriate language” all within the first night. One situation escalates to the degree that Harrison is forced to send someone home the following morning.
