He found the one! Former Bachelor Matt Grant is engaged to girlfriend Rebecca Moring.
The London native proposed on Christmas Eve in Australia, and announced the news this week to People.
“I’m so excited and happy to be marrying my best friend,” Grant noted. The season 12 lead proposed to Moring with a European-cut, 1920s diamond with a simple, platinum band.
On Christmas Day, the newly-engaged duo celebrated seaside in Perth with the future’s bride’s family, who now live in the Australian city after relocating from the United Kingdom.
Grant was cast as the first non-American Bachelor lead back in 2008 for his season of The Bachelor: London Calling. He proposed to Shayne Lamas on the season 12 finale, but she ended the relationship, stating at the time that she was “young and overwhelmed.”

The financier later met Moring at a local English pub. “A refreshing change from TV and Tinder,” he told People.
The couple isn’t wasting any time planning their nuptials. They will marry in an English countryside ceremony later this year at the Brympton House, a picturesque manor in Somerset, England.
Bachelor Nation is anxiously awaiting the unions of several Bachelor and Bachelorette couples. JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers are still going strong after their 2016 engagement, and we can hardly wait for Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell to get married. Evan Bass and Carly Waddell are also set to wed.
