Maybe not a future best man? Jordan Rodgers, one of Bachelorette JoJo Fletcher’s Season 12 frontrunners, opened up in a new interview about his complex relationship with his famous big brother, NFL superstar Aaron Rodgers.
Jordan, 27, joined the podcast Garbage Time last week, and was asked the burning question about his connection with Aaron, 32.
“Um. You know, we have a relationship,” Jordan replied with a nod. “It’s complicated. I’ll say that.”
The handsome former football player was then asked whether he’s a fan of Aaron’s team, the Green Bay Packers. “Uh yeah. So one of my best friends in the world, Dave Bakhtiari, is [the team’s] left tackle. I lived with David before the draft and so… absolutely.”
One of Aaron’s lifelong dreams came true while filming The Bachelorette. “I grew up a Steelers fan,” the aspiring sports broadcaster revealed. “It made that date really cool. I got to throw the ball to Hines Ward — something on the bucket list.”

Bachelorette JoJo Fletcher goes on some interesting dates with her suitors on the second episode of the season, airing Monday, May 30.
Jordan was asked whether he thinks his brother watches the popular ABC reality series. “I’m sure everybody watches the show, so yeah. I think so, yeah,” he replied. However, when it comes to Aaron directly, Jordan still doesn’t know. “You know, I haven’t gotten any pointers on my kissing or my dating,” he replied of his big brother, who’s been dating actress Olivia Munn since 2014.

Many viewers, including the Bachelorette herself, have questioned whether Jordan is on the program with true intentions. “I feel like I was there with very genuine [intentions], and I feel like everybody knew that,” he shared. “But obviously, not quite as well as I thought. It’s not true, so I laugh it off a little bit.”
Jordan revealed how the process came to be. “It was literally not on my radar until nine days before that,” he noted. “I hadn’t been watching the show… I didn’t know it was her until I was locked into a hotel room two days before. All these rumors about us knowing each other, nope.”
Tune in to The Bachelorette on Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
