When Bachelorette star Becca Kufrin hands out her final rose to one of her last remaining suitors Garrett Yrigoyen and Blake Horstmann during the season finale on Monday, Aug. 6, viewers will see that the decision itself wasn’t made lightly. .
Both Kufrin and host Chris Harrison told Entertainment Tonight in recent interviews that fans can expect the finale to be a whirlwind mixture of confessions, heartbreak, indecision and love.
“You’re going to get all the emotions,” Kufrin, 28, said. “You’re going to get the love. You’re going to get the tears. You’re going to get the laughter. The journey was a roller coaster. I felt everything that last week, and it was intense. And, I mean, that’s all going to play out.”
Kufrin, who last week faced an entire gallery of exes during Men Tell All, added that she can’t wait for the finale to play out so that she and her fiance (so it sounds like she does get engaged!) can bring their relationship out into the open.
“We’re just ready,” she said. “We’re just ready to be done, to be us in public. I know it’s going to be crazy when that moment comes, but it’s going to be so worth it. I’m just so excited for that day.”

Harrison, who has presided over 14 seasons of The Bachelorette, told ET that Kufrin’s happily-ever-after does come at the price of some pretty impactful decisions.
“It’s gut-wrenching. It’s absolutely gut-wrenching,” he said of the season finale. “What happened in the Maldives, it’s beautiful and it’s brutal at the same time. It’s crazy to have [those emotions] all in one storm.”
Harrison also referenced Kufrin’s last foray on the Bachelor franchise, in which she was proposed to by then-Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr. on national TV, only to have him break up with her weeks into their engagement to be with the season’s runner-up, Lauren Burnham.
“You know, what Arie fell into, Becca did, too,” he teased. “She’s in love with two men: Blake and Garrett. She’s making an impossible choice and it literally brings her to her knees.”
The Bachelorette season 14 finale will air on ABC at 8 p.m. ET.
