Expect that invitation regardless! Bachelorette JoJo Fletcher and her fiancé, Jordan Rodgers, hopped on the phone with The Knot and other reporters on Tuesday, August 2—the day after the Season 12 finale aired—to discuss what’s next in their relationship journey, including their future wedding.
One of the biggest story lines during the season was centered on Jordan’s strained relationship with his famous brother Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. During hometown dates, Jordan’s other brother, Luke Rodgers, revealed that the family wasn’t currently on speaking terms with Aaron due to unknown circumstances. But that’s not going to stop Jordan from inviting his estranged brother to his future wedding.
The former football player told reporters on Tuesday that he would “absolutely” invite Aaron to his nuptials, saying: “There’s no scenario where I wouldn’t want my entire family at a wedding. That’s something all of our family wants and hopes for at some point. So it’s going to be a big wedding—there will be a lot of people there.”
As the couple revealed during the After the Final Rose special on Monday night, they’re moving in together in Dallas, where Fletcher currently lives. “We can’t wait to take a breath in a few days and get settled in Dallas and then really start planning [the wedding],” Jordan says. The Bachelorette also shared with viewers during that chat with Chris Harrison that she has yet to meet Aaron.

On Tuesday, Jordan addressed whether or not his relationship with Aaron has improved since his reality television stint.
“No,” the Chico, California, native replied. “You know I went into this knowing it’s a TV show. And that I only had a small opportunity on camera to tell JoJo everything I needed to in order to get to a place where we could be engaged. And family stuff is part of that. But you know there’s a lot of people we were excited to share this moment with and this new chapter of our life with. And that’s what we’re focusing on. We’re focusing on moving and getting settled in a place and then getting our families together, getting our friends together. That’s what we’re really looking forward to.”
But the newly engaged reality personalities do have a general idea of their wedding aesthetic. “I have the biggest family and I know my mom has the largest list of people to invite already,” Fletcher said. “I’ve actually started sending him—this is embarrassing—Pinterest photos in types of weddings. I like an outdoor, rustic wedding.”
Her fiancé added: “We’re on the same page there.”
