He’s singing their love story. Brandon Jenner has gone solo in his music career, but that doesn’t mean he’s forgetting his wife, Leah Jenner. In fact, the musician revealed that the latest track in his debut solo EP, Burning Ground, is dedicated to his wife.
Jenner, 35, shared footage from his music video via Instagram on Wednesday, January 11, and explained the inspiration behind his new work. “I wrote ‘In The Stars’ for my wife Leah after we had our daughter, Eva,” the former reality star expressed. “I feel as though this video captures Leah’s radiant light, her healing spirit and her selfless sense of humor. I’m honored to be able to share my life with her. I hope you enjoy.”
He concluded with a personal note of gratitude to his wife, writing: “Thank you for being my muse @leah_Jenner. I love you.”
The video kicks off with the couple heading out for a date night at a carnival. Leah grins and looks carefree as she rides the swings, and the two repeatedly kiss as they revel in the rides.
Jenner, the son of Linda Thompson and Caitlyn Jenner, sings lyrics inspired by Leah: “And I will feel the pain for you / I’ll give my life to you to use,” he sings. “Have you breathe my air ‘cause nothing else could compare to hearing you say ‘I love you.’”
The couple, who married in Hawaii in May 2012, welcomed their baby girl, Eva, in 2015.
