Her life is Just a Dream. Carrie Underwood shared a rare photo of her canary-and-white diamond engagement ring from her husband, Mike Fisher, to help raise awareness for domestic violence on Wednesday, October 19.
The country superstar, 33, used the moment to support her fellow artist, Jana Kramer, who recently revealed that she was the victim of domestic abuse in her first marriage.
“Hey @kramergirl it took me a couple of days to get my nails done, but I’m happy to join in the #PutTheNailInIt movement to help bring awareness to domestic violence,” Underwood wrote in her post. “Thanks for helping so many women by sharing your story. ❤️️ ya’! Nails by @jent41mua.”
In the photo, Underwood proudly holds up her left hand, featuring her multi-colored nails and her mega-watt sparkler. The distinct design was co-crafted by one Underwood’s favorite designers, Jonathan Arndt, and her future husband prior to the hockey player’s December 2009 proposal.
According to the International Gem Society, the canary-colored, round-cut diamond alone is about 5 carats, while the total ring includes 12 carats worth of diamonds.
Underwood posted the photo after Kramer challenged her to speak out against domestic violence.
Wednesday was a date night for Underwood and her husband, who accompanied the American Idol alum to the CMT Artists of the Year event in Nashville. Underwood also posted a photo of herself with her spouse on Instagram, writing: “How I ended up snagging this handsome hunk, I’ll never know, but I thank God that I did! I don’t know what I’d do without him!”

Underwood and Fisher married in July 2010, and share their baby son, Isaiah. In conjunction with their sixth anniversary, Fisher penned a sweet note on social media about his wife. “Six years ago today we were married,” the athlete wrote at the time. “Time sure does fly when you’re having fun and you marry up. I’m very grateful to have an amazing wife and mother by my side!!”
