In full swing! New York Yankees legend Derek Jeter celebrated his bachelor party last week ahead of his wedding to model Hannah Davis.

The former shortstop and his baseball “boys” traded in their bats and gloves for some tees and clubs during a relaxing golf getaway in the Dominican Republic. In a photo posted by Posada on June 14, the future groom was all smiles as he posed alongside three of his former Yankee teammates and friends, Andruw Jones, Jorge Posada and Tino Martinez.

“Boys golf trip!!! Casa de Campo thank u!!!!,” Posada captioned the athletes’ image. They paused their game on a course overlooking a beautiful beach with waves crashing in the background.

While the guys looked great in their golf attire — Jeter sported a gray and black Nike shirt, black baseball hat and white sneakers — it was time to kick the relaxing bachelor party festivities up a notch with drinks by the pool.

“Chilling at the pool with the boys after golf day,” Jones wrote. Tagging Posada, Martinez and their private jet and travel company the Legacy Aviation Group he followed up with hashtags indicating the record-breaking bachelor and his buddies had a “#greattime” “#livinglife” on their “#golftrip.”

Jeter, 41, who’s notoriously private about his life, offered up “no comment” when he was asked about his engagement to Davis last fall. The couple started dating in 2012 and made their public debut at the Met Gala in May 2015. “Some things are sacred,” he said. “So, I’ve never addressed anything in my private life.”

Days later, Jeter sneakily confirmed his engagement by calling Davis his fiancee in a personal blog released on his sports site, The Player’s Tribune. Within the blog, Jeter shared news about life after his retirement from professional baseball in September 2014. Hidden within the text was confirmation that he’d proposed to Davis prior to getting their puppy as Kane. Jeter wrote that their 100-pound Mastiff was a “gift last year from my fiancee.”

The day after the engagement confirmation came out, the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Davis wowed fans with a glimpse of her huge diamond engagement ring at the 2015 Country Music Association Awards!
