Proposal season is here! Disney Channel alum Debby Ryan is engaged to Twenty One Pilots drummer Josh Dun.
Dun popped the question Saturday, December 22, during a romantic getaway to New Zealand. The couple both took to social media to announce their engagement news with the star of Netflix’s Insatiable sharing a few images from the tender moment, which took place in a tree house.
“I said yes!” she expressed before joking: “Well technically I said ‘NO WAY’ twice but I meant yes.”

Dun shared a slideshow from his proposal on Instagram. “I found a tree house in the woods in New Zealand and proposed to my girl,” he wrote. “She my dude for life. I love you Debby.”
Ryan, 25, was dressed adorably for the occasion in a breezy floral dress. Her fiance also came prepared with a photographer who documented the memorable occasion, plus he had alerted her loved ones in advance. The actress later posted a photo to her Instagram Stories with family members.

“He flew my brother and sis-in-law to surprise me at our engagement dinner,” she wrote.
Ryan also posted a photo of her sparkling new ring on Insta Stories too, alongside additional images from her engagement party.
