Draper James and Crate and Barrel Teamed Up for Some Swoon-Worthy Registry Gifts

Now there’s a way to bring some Southern flair to your backyard barbecue without too much trouble or stress. Draper James and Crate and Barrel officially launched their collaboration on Tuesday, May 1, bringing together Reese Witherspoon’s colorful Southern style and Crate and Barrel’s sleek, practical designs.

“The Draper James team could not be more excited to partner with Crate and Barrel on this co-branded collection to share a taste of our perspectives on home decor with a nationwide audience,” Taylor Rettig, CEO of Draper James, tells The Knot in a statement. “Their expertise paired with Reese’s roots in Southern entertaining makes for an incredible combination.”

And indeed, items from the collection are perfect for bridal shower and registry gifts this spring, ranging from stemless wine glasses that read “cheers, y’all” to napkins and dish towels that invite guests to “dig in” of “gimme some sugar.”

The entire line, which debuts at Crate and Barrel stores and online Tuesday, is made with outdoor-safe melamine, perfect for spending long afternoon get-togethers in the sun or enjoying sunset toasts on the deck. Looks range from gingham-print linens to floral-print dishes to fun striped silverware.

“Growing up in the South, I’ve learned to love presentation and entertaining, which is why I’m so excited for the Draper James [heart] Crate and Barrel co-branded collection,” Witherspoon told People. “It perfectly captures the spirit of Southern get-togethers with a blend of modern style.”

Fun fact: This is also Draper James’ first full collection, although Witherspoon did release a capsule line over the holidays for colder-weather entertaining.
