From Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth’s surprise nuptials to Disney Channel alum Debby Ryan’s engagement on vacation, here are the stars who made their weddings and engagements their own over the holidays.
Christina El Moussa and Ant Anstead
The Flip or Flop personality and her new husband married on their Newport Beach property in California. The pair managed to keep the nuptials a secret under the guise of inviting about 70 family members and friends to watch the local Christmas Boat Parade in Newport Beach. Instead, they were greeted by a wedding instead.

Meghan Trainor and Daryl Sabara
The singer exchanged vows with the Spy Kids actor on Trainor’s 25th birthday, marrying before 100 guests. “It’s the beginning of an awesome, whole new life,” she told People. “I got way more than I ever wished for.”
“I’m the luckiest guy in the world,” Sabara added.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth
The Last Song co-stars shocked everyone when they married in their Tennessee home a few days before Christmas. “10 years later…” Cyrus, who wore a gown by Vivienne Westwood, captioned one photo.

Debby Ryan and Josh Dun
The former Disney Channel personality and the Twenty One Pilots drummer got engaged a few days before Christmas during a dreamy getaway to New Zealand. “I said yes!” Ryan shared. “Well technically I said ‘NO WAY’ twice but I meant yes.”
Dun chose a romantic location to pop the question. “I found a tree house in the woods in New Zealand and proposed to my girl,” he wrote. “She my dude for life. I love you Debby.”
Heidi Klum and Tom Kaulitz
The supermodel posted a selfie with the Tokyo Hotel guitarist on Christmas Eve to announce her engagement. “I SAID YES,” the ‘90s supermodel gushed.
Robin Thicke and April Love Geary
The “Blurred Lines” singer proposed on Christmas Eve in front of family members during dinner. “YES YES 1000x YES,” Geary, 24, wrote in a slideshow that included video from his proposal.
Carly Pearce and Michael Ray
The country stars got engaged several days before Christmas, but held their engagement announcement until December 22.
“Dec 19, 2018 My life forever changed for the better,” Ray, 30, shared on social media. “I got down on one knee in one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen and looked into the eyes of the most beautiful soul I have ever known and asked her to be my wife!! Carly, you make it all make sense, every step of my life good and bad was leading me to you. You are the biggest blessing I have and will ever receive.”
