How does one join this bridal party? Ed Westwick, who portrayed Chuck Bass in CW’s beloved series, Gossip Girl, recently served as a groomsman in a friend’s wedding. The British hunk, 29, posted several photos on Tuesday, September 20, from the festivities, including a shot of himself in his bridal party attire.

In the pic, Westwick poses in a library with the groom and his fellow groomsmen in matching suits, ties and boutonnières. “Congrats to @jjtc87 helkuva day,” he wrote.

In another photo, Westwick walks out a Rolls-Royce parked on a gravel driveway. “Wedding wheels,” the actor wrote, alongside the image. “#rollsroyceghost.”

The actor is no stranger to weddings as his character got married to Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) in the series finale of Gossip Girl in December 2012. The lovebirds adorably exchanged vows — rather quickly — in Central Park in NYC, providing a satisfying ending to the never-ending saga of Chuck and Blair.

That same year, Westwick gave an adorable interview with E! News about his palpable chemistry with his on-screen love interest. “I’m madly in love with Leighton, so that’s what helps on my behalf,” he joked at the time. “Maybe so much that she doesn’t even have to be in love with me. I love enough, she’s mine. I’m incredibly close with her, she’s a lovely girl. I think she was 20 and I was 19 when we started the show and it’s such a kind of development stage of young adulthood. And to grow up on the show and to go through that together, you know you’re going to have a very strong bond. But she is a remarkable talent and there is just sometimes you can’t put things into words with connections or sparks or when you’re acting with someone. We’ve got the right pairing, I guess.”
