Giacomo Gianniotti is a married man. The Grey’s Anatomy actor quietly wed fiancée Nichole Gustafson on Sunday, April 28, at the Villa Pocci in Rome, Italy.
Social media posts from the ceremony and reception showed the couple celebrating the night away with their guests. “Best day of my life!” Gustafson, a makeup artist, expressed on Instagram. “Huge thank you to our incredible team that gave us the most magical wedding! We are forever indebted to you for making this day a dream come true. We are still floating. To all our friends and family who came, we love you and we will never forget you. What a dream.”
Gianniotti, who plays Dr. Andrew DeLuca on Shonda Rhimes’s medical drama, also posted the same photo and message.
The bride also thanked her dream team for their work. “My floral designer! Who blew my mind wow. You are an artist! @andreapatriziofficial Thank you from the bottom of my heart,” she wrote. “And to the best wedding planner in the biz. I love you and thank you, it’s hard to even express in words how thankful we are ❤️ @sanda_pandza_events.”
The groom looked handsome in a tux by Armani, while the bride chose an off-the-shoulder, lace, mermaid style gown by Netta BenShabu Bridal. “Thank you to @nettabenshabu.official for the most stunning dress!” she wrote. “And to @Armani for making my husband look oh so handsome.”
The Villa Pocci is a scenic location with a view of the Castel Gandolfo.
