Sometimes, it’s okay to lose your cool. One groom could barely keep it together as he watched his bride walk down the aisle toward him to the popular Dan + Shay song “Speechless,” and a good friend captured the touching moment in a video posted to Twitter Sunday.
The friend, Christie Nelson, uploaded the minute-long clip to her account Sunday afternoon, and less than 24 hours later, the video already has more than 68,000 views.
The country duo were themselves flagged to the video, and retweeted the video with their own caption: “THIS GUY, FTW.”
In the clip, an excited groom can be seen crying and sniffling into what looks to be a towel up at the altar with the rest of the bridal party around him. At one point, he even doubles over from the rush of emotions, burying his head into his towel as the bride makes her way down the aisle.

He also shakes his head and laughs and smiles, holding his arms akimbo in disbelief of the woman he’s about the marry. The couple’s gathered friends and family laugh knowingly before the officiant finally reaches an arm out to check on the groom before beginning the ceremony.
Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney, the two halves of Dan + Shay, released their hit song this past May, and the music video features sweet footage from both of their own weddings.
Smyers, 30, married his longtime love, Abby Law, last May, and Mooney, 26, got married last October, to his fiancée Hannah Billingsley.
