DJ Hannah Bronfman has sound advice for brides who want to get in shape ahead of their weddings — and that’s because she’s currently planning her own! The Knot recently caught up with the globe-trotting entrepreneur-by-day, DJ-by-night — who’s engaged to Brendan Fallis — at a Propel workout event in NYC, where the HBFit.com founder shared her go-to apps for putting her most fit foot forward. “I love Headspace,” Bronfman says. “It’s a great meditation app and you can do it anywhere. It’s a great way to stay focused and kind of rejuvenate and clear your mind.”

2. 7 Minute Workout
“The other app I like is called 7 Minute Workout. It’s literally a 7-minute workout as soon as I wake up,” the entrepreneur reveals. “When I’m traveling, it’s normally for a reason. I’m DJ-ing or something for an event or it’s a meeting. I don’t necessarily have time to go to a class or go to the hotel gym. No matter what, my fail-proof is to wake up, get seven minutes of a workout in — whether it’s crunches, lunges, wall sets, planks.”
In the event that she can’t find her phone, Bronfman has one essential fitness tool to help her fit in a quick workout. “I try to bring a jump rope everywhere,” she says.
