All in the family! Drew Scott and his fiancée, Linda Phan, have been hard at work trying to completely gut-renovate their 1920s-era, 3,400-square-foot Los Angeles home in recent months, and according to a new press release, the pair will be getting a little help from other members of the Scott family.
“We’re restoring elements of the English-inspired architecture and adding modern updates,” Drew said in a statement. “Linda and I are going for an old Hollywood glam, Art Deco design style.”
In addition to Drew’s twin brother Jonathan, other family members to be involved include the pair’s parents and their older brother, JD.
The team will attempt to redo parts of the classic home over the course of five episodes for a special dubbed Property Brothers at Home: Drew’s Honeymoon House—just in time to host a pre-wedding party.
“We’ve shared our relationship with fans for a few years now,” Phan said in a statement. “We can’t wait to share our new home with them too.”
Phan and Drew got engaged last December after six years of dating. The pair first met at a Toronto Fashion Week event back in 2010, but have different reactions to their first interaction.
“My sister and I were backstage looking for pizza and having some water, and Drew came up to me and said, ‘Hey, where’d you get that water?’” Phan told People last December. Said Drew, “I was so smooth.”
Fast-forward six years later, and the pair are set to wed in the not-too-distant future at a destination wedding that will have a whopping 14 bridesmaids.
“The challenge is they can’t find a resort big enough because Linda has fourteen bridesmaids. It’s gonna be a massive wedding!” Drew told People earlier this year.
