Get ready for all the GTL (gym, tan, lingerie). Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, an original cast member of MTV’s Jersey Shore, is engaged to boyfriend of two years, Christian Biscardi.
Giancola, 31, took to Instagram to share the news alongside a photo from the tropical proposal. “I’m completely overwhelmed with happiness,” she expressed. “Yesterday was the best day of my life! I get to marry my other half, best friend and soulmate. I look forward to spending the rest of my life with you @_biscardi I love you!!”
The former reality personality added the hashtags “#MrsBiscardi” and “#Stillcryingtearsofhappiness.”
Biscardi added, “I am beyond excited to get to marry my best friend! Here’s to the future Mr. & Mrs. Biscardi.”
Other Jersey Shore cast members happily reacted to the news including Jenni “JWoww” Farley. “Omg omg omg !!!! I’m so freaking happy for you,” she wrote.
Angelina Pivarnick, who appeared on two seasons of the show, chimed in too, writing: “FINALLY !!! Congrats love.”
Giancola previously dated fellow cast-member Ronnie Ortiz-Magro in a turbulent relationship that played out on the series. She declined from joining the recent reboot.
