Former Bachelorette JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers are coming up on two years of engagement since their season ended in 2016, and they continue to reach new milestones ahead of their wedding.
The latest accomplishment from the pair was a joint remodeling of their home in Dallas. Fletcher, 27, posted a new video on Instagram this week of the couple completely breaking down portions of their home and knocking down walls together. The process, which appears to be long and arduous, shows the duo tackling the remodeling process with focus and a few laughs.
“There is nothing more rewarding than getting to the end of a long, hard remodel,” Fletcher captioned the clip. She added that Rodgers “has a few scars from helping me on this one” and the result was well worth it. “I absolutely loved this transformation,” the former franchise lead added.
The end result showed glistening new marble countertops, country-approved white walls,
Rodgers, meanwhile, praised his fiancee for her work in an interview on Wednesday, March 21. “Even before [The Bachelorette], she was starting to get into the flipping side of it because she’d been in the development side,” the SEC Network analyst said to People. “She’s got such a good eye. I always felt like I did, and then she’ll say things and she’ll figure it out. ‘Let’s do this, let’s move this around, let’s put a bathroom here.’ She loves the design part of it. She’s so good at it.”
His favorite portion of the experience? “Demo day is, like, the best,” he said.
