JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers are planning on getting down and dirty this summer with the premiere of their new CNBC show, Cash Pad. The eight-episode series will follow the engaged couple from Dallas to Austin to Phoenix as they help homeowners flip properties into short-term rentals.

In a highlight reel that CNBC released Tuesday, Fletcher, 28, and Rodgers, 30, can be seen in old T-shirts and construction-ready sweats (a far cry from their polished Bachelorette looks) being adorably affectionate.

“We’re turning this trash pad into a cash pad,” Fletcher says with confidence. “Working together and being hands on? This is a dream job.”

The clip also shows the impressive transformation of a bare-bones, rundown room into an inviting sanctuary. “This reno[vation] is insane, the homeowners are going to flip,” the former Bachelorette star says.

According to a release, the couple will tackle a number of unlikely spaces, including a shipping container, a rundown airstream, and an unsightly garage, that they hope to convert into liveable spaces for homeowners to make some much-needed extra income.

Fletcher posted a behind-the-scenes shot from what looks to be the airstream episode earlier this month, with the caption: “We started a bucket list renovation today y’all… things are about to get weird… AND I CANT WAIT!”

The couple got engaged after meeting on Season 12 of The Bachelorette back in 2016, but have thus far been in no rush to the altar. They give fans an inside look at their home life in Dallas via a web series they co-host called, appropriately, Engaged with JoJo and Jordan.

In February, the pair shared that they sat down to chat out wedding dates earlier this year, a chat that they liked to a “state of the union.”

“We said that 2019 is going to be the year that we set our date, so now we’re actively thinking about when the date is going to be,” Fletcher said on an episode of their web series. (The pair has opted to hold off on sharing more details about the pending wedding until Rodgers’ brother gets married.) So far, the couple have revealed that they hope for a spring wedding, and likely a destination one at that.

“We like something outdoors, something very green … florals or arrangements or trees,” Fletcher said. “We love moss balls, vines.”

Cash Pad will premiere on CNBC Thursday, July 25, at 9 p.m. ET.
