Jordan and JoJo time. Bachelorette suitor Jordan Rodgers, the younger brother of NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers, is finally opening up to JoJo Fletcher on the upcoming episode of the ABC reality series.

The network released a new preview this week from the double episodes slated for next Monday and Tuesday, June 6 to 7. In the sneak peek, Rodgers and Fletcher share an intimate conversation about their past romances and why they’ve potentially failed.

“I had a serious girlfriend a few years ago,” Jordan tells Fletcher during the one-on-one. “I think I made a lot of mistakes as far as putting things ahead of that relationship and, like, insecurities and who I was, and where my career was at, and where I thought I should be, and the person I thought I should be. So that affected a lot the person I was in that relationship. I’ve been very careful the last couple years, and… I notice myself being careful with you.”

In his confessional, Jordan tells viewers that he’s been cautious about being vulnerable in relationships, and it’s in part, because he doesn’t want to get hurt. “I think I’ve been very good at positioning myself to not get my heart broken,” he says.

Fletcher, though, seems to appreciate his transparency. “I was the same way,” Ben Higgins’ finalist tells Rodgers. “It took me a long time. I get if that’s how you are, but I’m so open and excited about you that I want to start developing our relationship. You know?”

The producers then pan the cameras to Rodgers stroking her leg. “I’m so attracted to you,” he tells the Dallas native. “When I’m around you, I have a feeling I haven’t had in a really long time. And… it’s scary, but it’s also the best thing that I wake up to every morning. And, knowing how important just that the word ‘love’ is to me. I’ve said that to one person outside of my family.”
