Starting forever together! Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton fell in love and got engaged in Mexico while filming Bachelor in Paradise — and now, they’re continuing their journey in sunny California.
Murray, 32, proposed to Stanton, 26, on the season three finale of the hit ABC show, which aired Tuesday, September 6. Stanton said yes, but the couple still had unfinished business to address, as Murray had yet to meet Stanton’s two young daughters, Kinsey, 4, and Charlie, 2.
However, it looks like the meet and greet went well for the future groom, who to Instagram after the finale aired to post a gorgeous photo with his bride-to-be and her children on the beach. “It was all worth it #MyNewFamily,” Murray captioned the sweet shot taken by Kollini Photography.
Stanton wasn’t far behind her handsome fiance. She, too, shared an image of the happy family gallivanting on the beach.
“Our paradise,” she added. “Welcome to the family, @joshmurray11.”

Murray isn’t the only one adjusting to life on the west coast. His beloved dog, Sabel, made the trek with him from Atlanta to Stanton’s hometown of Orange County. After the pup underwent chemotherapy treatments and beat cancer earlier this year, Murray knew it was time for the twosome to grow their family.
“Cancer-free and nothing but smooches for her daddy,” he captioned an image of the pair enjoying snuggle time back in June. “Been a long few months but it’s been worth it! Now that Sabel’s all healthy, it’s about time to grow this lil family of ours – anything for my baby.”
It seems Murray and Stanton share many of the same values. They’re both family-oriented and have dreams of raising more children. The soon-to-be wed duo appeared on After Paradise following the finale, opening up about their relationship and plans for the future. “We’re excited to just be out, let everyone know we’re engaged, and just enjoy our lives,” Murray shared. “I am extremely happy… I couldn’t be more grateful, to be honest with you. We are so happy.”
