Surprise! Karlie Kloss and Josh Kushner are married. The couple, who announced their engagement just months prior to their nuptials, exchanged vows on Thursday, October 18, in an intimate ceremony in upstate New York.
According to People, the pair held a small Jewish ceremony with around 80 guests there to witness the moment. They are reportedly planning a larger party next spring.
For the occasion, supermodel Kloss chose a custom creation by Dior. She swept her tresses back in a clean chignon and opted for a long veil. She paired her look with simple diamond studs and a very small bouquet.
Guests included Kushner’s family members, including his parents and his siblings, sisters Dara and Nicole, and brother Jared. Of course, Jared’s wife Ivanka Trump also attended the occasion with the couple’s three kids Arabella, Joseph and Theodore.
On Kloss’s side, her family members were also there to witness the fall ceremony. “The wedding was intimate and moving,” a source told People.
Upstate New York is sentimental to the couple, who also got engaged in the scenic countryside region of New York City. “The proposal was romantic and sweet,” Kloss previously told Vogue. ”We spent the weekend in upstate New York, just the two of us.” Kloss and Kushner have been together for the past seven years. “We’ve really grown together personally and professionally,” Kloss said. ”Josh knows that I’m just a nerdy, curious human being. I think that’s why he loves me. We have each other’s back.”
