Kate Mara and Jamie Bell made their first joint red carpet appearance together as an engaged couple in support of the actress’ new movie, Megan Leavey, on Monday, June 5.

Mara’s rep confirmed the engagement news to The Knot in January after the House of Cards beauty was spotted in New York City with a diamond on her ring finger. The actress, 34, proudly displayed the glittering piece—a round-cut diamond ring—at the premiere of her new movie held Monday night at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx.

The couple coordinated outfits in sleek black attire, and were captured at one point adorably laughing as they posed on the step and repeat. Bell, 31, has been especially supportive of his fiancee’s growing career, even tweeting out a funny pic of himself watching Mara on Good Morning America earlier that day.

Just last week, Mara opened up about her relationship with her former Fantastic Four co-star. She admitted that dating a fellow actor requires patience and devotion to scheduling.

“In our business, it’s always a little bit tricky to navigate things because it’s not like a normal job where you know where you’re going to be the next year, let alone the next day. You just don’t,” she told People. “You constantly have to shift things, and communicate. Like asking, ‘What’s your deal with that show or with this movie,’ to make sure that you actually can see each other.”
