The model-turned-actress first revealed her engagement to the Detroit Tigers pitcher, 33, last May, when she arrived at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala in New York City wearing a gorgeous diamond engagement ring.
“I’m really excited,” she said at the time. “He asked me right before season started, so we’ve been keeping it on the down low for quite a while. So, I’m excited to finally be able to share it with the world!”
