Stars Hollow has another wedding to look forward to this season. Actor Sean Gunn, best known for his role as Kirk Gleason in Gilmore Girls, is engaged in real life to his love, Natasha Halevi.
The Guardians of the Galaxy star—who played Kraglin in the blockbuster flick—took to Instagram to share a loved up photo with his future wife on Tuesday, June 19. “I asked @tashalitas to marry me and she said yes,” he wrote. “Or to be more precise she said, ‘a million times.’”
Gunn proposed while the two were enjoying a scenic vacation in Kyoto, Japan. Halevi also posted a sweet story abut the proposal, which apparently took place on June 11. “Wrote a long thing, but, instead. . . WE’RE ENGAGED YOU GUYS!” she expressed in a post.
The day apparently started with delicious coffee and the “most magical lunch of my life,” according to the future bride. The couple then enjoyed a garden overlooking a lake.
She ended up taking a photo of her boyfriend and shared how she thought they were good together. Gunn then dropped to one knee and proposed.
The pair celebrated with Japanese whiskey, a delicious dessert and dinner, followed by more adventures before returning home to their cats.
