Sun, surf, and a super romantic wedding! Laguna Beach alum Dieter Schmitz is officially off the market after marrying his fiancee, Isabell Hiebl, on Saturday, August 27, in Monterey, California.
The adorable duo exchanged vows overlooking the Pacific. The new Mrs. Schmitz wore a gorgeous, lace gown, while her groom donned a classic tuxedo.

The celebration could have been mistaken for a Laguna Beach reunion. Schmitz’s former co-stars, Lauren Conrad, Stephen Colletti, Trey Phillips, and Loren Polster joined the couple for their big day.

Judging by the groom’s Instagram, the friends shared a drink or two prior to the ceremony. “Love these guys,” he shared – along with a photo of all the fixings for a pre-wedding toast.

Since Laguna Beach aired its final episode nearly a decade ago, Schmitz has been busy managing luxury hotels around the country.
But don’t let his success fool you… The new groom is down-to-earth, preferring to spend his time with his girl and his dog, Wellington. In fact, Schmitz loves the pup so much, he gave him his own Instagram page.

Schmitz and Hiebl – who works as a CPA – had plenty of time to perfect their wedding day vision. They were engaged for more than two years after Schmitz’s proposal – and his enthusiasm about the couple’s relationship is just as apparent as the day of their engagement.
“Boom!” he shared on social media that day – along with an image of Hiebl’s stunning engagement ring. “Engaged to @isathebell. Otherwise referred to as being the luckiest, happiest man on planet earth! Time to celebrate!!! #dizzy4schmitz.”
