Lea Michele’s Bachelorette Weekend Was Basically a Wellness Retreat: Go Inside the Getaway

All Lea Michele would like before her wedding is some rest and rejuvenation with her girls. For her bachelorette weekend, the former Glee star opted for a wellness-themed getaway with her girlfriends at the peaceful destination of Kalihiwai, Hawaii.

Michele, 32, tapped six of her closest girlfriends for the wellness trip, which was orchestrated through Booking.com. The future bride brought the crew, including best friend Stephanie Levinson and actresses JoAnna Garcia Swisher and Jamie-Lynn Sigler, to a custom home called the “Ikena Lani” located on the bay. The destination, described as a luxury Asian-modern home and the “perfect island retreat,” offers scenic alcoves and sweeping oceanic views of the Kalihiwai Bay and the mountain range nearby.

According to Booking, the home includes five bedrooms, five bathrooms (so truly, getting ready was no problem), a gourmet kitchen, and a media room. The ladies also enjoyed on-site amenities like a gym, a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a sauna, and even, a koi pond.

Activity-wise, the ladies indulged in authentic Hawaiian dishes that were freshly prepared by a local chef, as well as at-home massages, because what would a wellness weekend be without some true relaxation?

Sticking to the bachelorette theme, Swisher, Levinson and others even posed for photos in “bride squad” bathing suits against Michele’s white bridal swimsuit.

Michele got engaged to entrepreneur Zandy Reich in 2018. “The outpouring of love from our friends and family who showed up for us today and threw us the most epic and beautiful engagement party we could have ever asked for was truly so incredible,” Michele wrote on Instagram in July 2018 after her engagement party. “Z and I love you all and are forever grateful.”
