Within the last year, several acclaimed wedding dress designers have ventured into the realm of bridal jewelry, including Monique Lhuillier for Blue Nile and most recently, Hayley Paige for Hearts on Fire. Now, bridal designer Lela Rose has partnered with Brilliant Earth for her very own line of engagement rings and wedding bands revealed Monday, September 17.
The collaboration parallels Lela Rose’s known design aesthetic, which is considered modern, feminine and sophisticated. The pieces include six engagement rings and two wedding bands with all available in a variety of mediums including 18K yellow gold, 18K white gold, 14K rose gold and platinum.
Brilliant Earth was the ideal pick for Rose due to its commitment to ethically sourced diamonds and recycled precious metals.
“Brilliant Earth’s designers have truly captured our elegant and feminine design aesthetic, creating rings that have a contemporary and romantic feel,” Rose said in a press release. “The rings are reflective of the intricate detailing, exquisite artistry, and superior materials that customers expect from both Lela Rose and Brilliant Earth.”
In previous years, Rose has been approached for a variety of partnerships, including one potential diaper brand and a soda company. “I was like, ‘Nooo.’ I just feel so strongly about what that does to your health,” she told Women’s Wear Daily of the second pitch. “To me, that would almost be like a cigarette company saying, ‘Can you do this?’”
Rose’s models in her upcoming bridal presentation will be wearing the pieces.
Prices for the rings range from $2,190 to $4,390. It will be available starting September 27, on BrilliantEarth.com.
