Erin Andrews, who accidentally broke Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd’s pregnancy news earlier this year, learned this weekend that payback is real.
The Dancing With the Stars co-host, 38, hinted last Thursday that she’s engaged to boyfriend Jarret Stoll by sharing cryptic social media posts. The Fox Sports sideline reporter uploaded a screen grab of the weather prediction at Lambeau Field during Sunday’s Green Bay Packers-Seattle Seahawks game. “This weather at Lambeau is really going to put a damper on my ring game,” Andrews teased as she tagged her beau.

While the TV personality’s DWTS colleague, dance pro Emma Slater, tweeted at Andrews about her possible engagement, Chmerkovskiy basically confirmed it to Fox 5 in Las Vegas on Friday. Chmerkovskiy was asked to name his best, former dance partners on the beloved reality competition series, and he replied with season 18 Mirror Ball champ Meryl Davis and Andrews.
“I had an amazing time with Erin Andrews, who I think maybe just got engaged,” Chmerkovskiy replied. “And maybe I’m breaking the news, I’m not sure. She also kind of, maybe broke the news of us being pregnant, so maybe I’m returning the favor over here.”

Andrews was famously mic’d up backstage this past May when she congratulated the couple on their baby. According to TMZ, Murgatroyd and Chmerkovskiy were not happy with the show host because they had yet to share the joyous news with many of their closest friends.
Chmerkovskiy and Murgatroyd, who are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their little one, will marry next summer with a three-day fete in Long Island.
“I’ve realized the dresses that I want. For my actual day, I want a very big dress… a full dress; nothing too crazy,” Murgatroyd recently told The Knot in an exclusive interview. “For the party afterwards, I definitely want something that’s fun, and just like a party version of that dress.”
