If only it was late in September! Mandy Moore is engaged to boyfriend Taylor Goldsmith, according to her This Is Us co-stars.
“I was just in the studio with her her boyfriend. Well, now fiancé Taylor,” Chris Sullivan told ET on Wednesday. She just sent out an alert over our family text chain, so I can’t wait to hear about it. She just sent a photo and just wanted us all to know that this just happened, and so then we went on a response spree for about a day and a half.”
Moore’s second TV husband Jon Huertas, who plays Miguel on the NBC show, added: “Taylor is an amazing guy. I love him so much. I love Mandy so much. I’m really happy that they’re going to be joining the club!”
Veteran Hollywood reporter Marc Malkin was first to reveal the scoop. The engagement supposedly took place on Monday at home. “Mandy said yes and is so happy,” the insider said to Malkin.
Moore and Goldsmith celebrated their second anniversary together this past July. “The best 2 years,” she wrote at the time. “Never not smiling with you, T.”
This will be the second marriage for Moore, who was previously married to rocker Ryan Adams. The two were together for six years before she filed in 2015. The actress said this summer that she was ready to marry again. “I would definitely get married again,” she told People. “My life has sort of taken unexpected twists and turns professionally and personally, but overall my journey is the reason I am here today and I feel fulfilled by everything that happened.”
Moore said in a separate interview that her gown from the wedding scene in This Is Us might inspire her next dress choice.

“I was like, ‘I know I already did this once before, but I eloped and I didn’t have a wedding dress, so maybe if I do round two one day,’” she explained to People. “Wearing a wedding dress for that episode kind of shifted my mindset on wearing a proper wedding dress. I was like, ‘I kinda feel like I have to do this in real life now.’”
