She wants to be with him. Actress Mandy Moore says she’s willing to give marriage another shot, especially with her current boyfriend Taylor Goldsmith.
The This Is Us star told People in a new interview this week that she’s receptive to making another trek down the aisle. “I would definitely get married again,” she said. “My life has sort of taken unexpected twists and turns professionally and personally, but overall my journey is the reason I am here today and I feel fulfilled by everything that happened.”
Moore experienced heartbreak when her six-year marriage to rocker Ryan Adams ended in January 2015. The actress told the Today show in a separate interview that she leaned on her support group after the split.
“Speaking from personal experience, I really lean on my friends, on my girlfriends,” she said this week. “I love to talk it out with them. I’m a big believer in therapy as well. Just acknowledging all the positive, successful, loving, supportive relationships that you have in your life.”
Ultimately, the Tangled star found love again with Dawes lead guitarist Goldsmith. The couple recently celebrated their second anniversary together on July 12. “The best 2 years. Never not smiling with you, T,” Moore expressed on social media.

Moore has been speaking with various outlets to promote an educational campaign by Merck called “Her Life. Her Adventures,” which aims to help women prioritize appropriately with family planning. The actress shared that her This Is Us character, Rebecca Pearson, has inspired something else in her own foreseeable future when it comes to the topic: Parenthood.
“I’m definitely ready for motherhood sooner rather than later!” she said to People. “I think that’s going to be the next chapter.”
