When a bride-to-be chooses her wedding dress, there are typically several questions she mentally asks: “Do I feel good in it?”, “Do I look good in it?”, “Can I move in it?”

Lauren Manzo, star of Manzo’d with Children, must have forgotten that final and oh, so important question. On the second season finale, which aired November 1 on Bravo, the beautiful bride, 27, was left at the altar. But it’s not what you think…

When the priest asked the bride and groom to present roses to their parents, Manzo smiled and said, “I can’t.” Her husband-to-be, Vito Scalia, delivered the flowers as Manzo waved to both sets of parents. Manzo’s dress was beautiful but huge! The bride had a difficult time moving around during the ceremony, causing her to stay at the altar until after the couple said their vows. It made for a comical moment during an otherwise beautifully traditional wedding.

“I don’t think it’s normal. You would think you would have at least some mobility,” one of Manzo’s brothers comments after the ceremony.

The former Real Housewives of New Jersey star has been dating Scalia since the show premiered in 2009. The couple got engaged in November 2013, and the lavish wedding took place back in July.

“I know this wedding feels like it’s very materialistic,” Lauren admitting during the finale, “but at the root of everything, I’m just excited to be his wife.”

We couldn’t be happier for this fun couple! We can’t wait to see what’s in store next season!
