Proud to flaunt it! After concealing her engagement to Tom Ackerley from the public, newlywed Margot Robbie publicly debuted her diamond sparkler while stepping out with her husband at LAX Airport on January 2.
The Suicide Squad actress, 26, beamed as she touched down in Los Angeles following an eventful holiday season. Ackerley dashingly led the way at the gate, and Robbie couldn’t resist from flashing a bright smile for photographers as she cupped her husband’s hand.
The Wolf of Wall Street beauty went for an athleisure-inspired look, pairing a printed dress with white Puma sneakers. Most notable from the star’s ensemble, however, was her pear-shaped sparkler on her left ring finger.

This is the first time Robbie has worn her ring in public since her engagement. The actress shocked everyone last month when it was reported that she had married Ackerley, an assistant director, in a secret ceremony in New South Wales, Australia. That same day, Robbie confirmed the reports by posting a photo—sans caption—of her ring.
Following the nuptials, it was revealed that Robbie wore an updated, bohemian bridal version of her mother’s cream, lace wedding dress from decades ago. The newlyweds first met on the set of 2014 war drama Suite Francaise.
“We were friends for so long. I was always in love with him, but I thought, ‘Oh, he would never love me back. Don’t make it weird, Margot. Don’t be stupid and tell him that you like him,’” Robbie told Vogue last May. “And then it happened, and I was like, ‘Of course we’re together. This makes so much sense, the way nothing has ever made sense before.’”
