Smile for the cameras! Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made their first official public appearance together as a couple during the ongoing Invictus Games on Monday, September 25.

The couple stepped out for a Wheelchair Tennis match held Monday at Nathan Philips Square. Markle adorably clutched her boyfriend’s hand as photographers captured the couple walking into the stadium for the event. The Suits actress was dressed casually in a button-down shirt and jeans, while the British royal was in a black polo.

During the game, the two were seen interacting in the stands as they cheered on the athletes. “Big Moment – It’s official,” Royal photographer Chris Jackson, who married Kate Middleton’s stylist in May, tweeted Monday afternoon. “Prince Harry and Meghan Markle at @InvictusToronto.”

The two have attended numerous parties and functions together while dating this past year—including Pippa Middleton and James Matthews’ wedding in May and a subsequent polo match this summer—but this marks the couple’s first official appearance at a public event.

This isn’t Markle’s first Invictus Games event. She also supported her boyfriend at the opening ceremony this weekend, cheering him on from the stands while Harry sat with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and U.S. first lady Melanie Trump.

A possible engagement between the pair reached fever pitch last month when Harry and Markle embarked on a trip to Africa together in time for her 36th birthday. Royal protocol, however, prohibits the couple from announcing their engagement until the palace confirms it directly.
