Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Gifted Idris Elba a Super Expensive Wedding Present

The countdown to baby continues. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle weren’t able to attend Idris Elba and Sabrina Dhowre’s Moroccan nuptials, but they still allegedly sent a rather thoughtful and sweet wedding gift to the couple.

The Duke and the Duchess of Sussex, currently anticipating the arrival of their first child together, selected a piece of art to gift to the newlyweds. According to the Mail, the couple narrowed down the options to an inspirational piece by the Connor Brothers that retails for about $9,000.

This particular print was under a limited edition release of 12 copies. The proceeds from the purchase raised awareness for a 9-year-old girl named Belle Curran, who was suffering from lung disease in June 2018.

Elba and Dhowre married at the Ksar Char Bath hotel, a luxury property in Marrakesh, Morocco. The groom looked handsome in a black suit, while the bride wore two different, custom looks by Vera Wang.
