Not only is Miley Cyrus a newly converted Bachelorette fan, but she’s got a feel for her favorite contestants too!
In an interview with People magazine on Tuesday, May 6, Cyrus’ older half-sister Brandi revealed that the singer recently announced that she thought Anthony Battle, a Chicago education software manager, was a frontrunner in the race for Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay’s heart.
“Anthony is, like, far and above her favorite,” the Cyrus vs. Cyrus star said. “Which is why I made her watch last week’s episode because I was like, you got to see the others. You got to see the dog date with Peter [Kraus] and you got to have some perspective. But my sister is a big, huge fan of Anthony.”

THE BACHELORETTE – Rachel Lindsay, a fan favorite on the 21st season of ABC’s hit romance reality series “The Bachelor,” starring Nick Viall, was named as the next woman to hand out the roses and attempt to find her own happy ending when “The Bachelorette” premieres for its 13th season, MONDAY, MAY 22 (9:00-11:00 p.m. EST), on The ABC Television Network. ANTHONY
On Monday night’s episode, Battle scored a one-on-one date riding horses with Lindsay through Rodeo Drive. The pair went shopping, snacked on cupcakes, and enjoyed the afternoon together—despite a little mishap that Battle’s horse made in the middle of a high-end Rodeo Drive shop.

BACHELORETTE 13 – “Episode 1303” – When Rachel’s duplicitous suitor, DeMario, confronts her and pleads for a second chance, will she be able to forgive and forget? The Bachelorette lets three men go at the rose ceremony, but two of them do not take the news gracefully and argue noisily outside the mansion after their ejection. Six of the remaining lucky men are off on a group date to “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” Rachel takes one bachelor for a horseback ride down famed Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills for an unusual shopping spree. Alexis, Corinne, Jasmine and Raven surprise Rachel by setting up a mud wrestling competition between eight of the bachelors in front of a boisterous crowd with some surprising results. A heated argument erupts among the men who attempt to warn Rachel about one guy they are convinced is not there for the “right reasons,” on “The Bachelorette,” MONDAY, JUNE 5 (8:00-10:01 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network. RACHEL LINDSAY
“Rachel and I would be best friends,” Brandi said of the unusual date. “I thought this was precious … and look, everybody poops.”
Other celebrity Bachelor fans include Jennifer Aniston, who offered her takes on Nick Viall’s contestants earlier this year, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, who recently guested on an episode, and penned a thoughtful editorial for The Hollywood Reporter.
