Peace, love and happiness. Miley Cyrus shared a rare photo of her fiance, Liam Hemsworth, lounging at home with his dog on Sunday, July 17.
“So much love in one pic….” the “Wrecking Ball” singer wrote, alongside the snapshot of her future husband wearing sunglasses and sporting scruff as he cuddles beside his beloved dog, Dora. The Independence Day: Resurgence actor wears a shirt in support of Cyrus’s Happy Hippie foundation, which supports homeless and LGBT youth.

After breaking off their engagement in September 2013, Hemsworth and Cyrus rekindled their romance this past New Year’s Eve. The journey to reconciliation was painful for both parties, and Hemsworth was candid about the split in a recent interview with GQ Australia.
“Of course it was hard, man,” the Hunger Games franchise star told the mag. “But we were both going in different directions and it’s just what needed to happen. We were both super young and it was a good decision at the time — we both needed that.”
The family approves too. Cyrus’s father, Billy Ray Cyrus, told Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb last month that his daughter was in a good place with her fiance.
“They’re really happy together right now,” the “Achy Breaky Heart” hitmaker said during his Today show appearance.
