Their first and final song! A year after a whirlwind reconciliation, singer Miley Cyrus shared the sweetest message for fiance Liam Hemsworth to mark his 27th birthday on Friday, January 13.

“Happiest birthday EVER to my favorite being EVER EVER EVER!” the multi-hyphenate wrote, alongside a photo of the two goofing off. “You have been my best friend since the day we met….. I am beyond lucky to share sooooo animals with you!!! 🐷🦄🐶😻🐣 I love you @liamhemsworth.”

Hemsworth equally made Cyrus’ birthday a special, memorable affair this past November. As soon as The Voice coach woke up, Hemsworth enveloped the former Disney star with flowers and sweet balloons. The Hunger Games hunk also gifted his fiancee with a present embellished with a unicorn and rainbow hearts.

“Happiest birthday to my favorite little angel,” he shared on Instagram.

The famous pair first met in 2009, on the set of the film adaptation of Nicholas Sparks’ novel The Last Song. They got engaged in 2012, split in 2013, and went their separate ways before reconciling in late 2015.

“Of course it was hard, man,” the Independence Day: Resurgence star reflected to GQ last May. “But at the time, we were going in different directions and it’s just what needed to happen. We were both super young and it was a good decision at the time – we both needed that.”

The future spouses reconciled last New Year’s Eve in Australia, and maintained a similar tradition while ringing in 2017 with their respective famous family members. Since then, they’ve confirmed their engagement, but the two have remained low-key about their future wedding plans.
