Could it be a Christmas miracle? Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth may have gotten married in a super intimate wedding.
The couple appeared to be celebrating and toasting to their newlywed status Sunday, December 23, as friends and family members gathered for a cozy celebration. The couple’s friend, surfer Conrad Jack Carr, posted Instagram Stories of Hemsworth taking shots with his two brothers, Chris and Luke Hemsworth.
The background, however, was the most revealing as it showed “Mr.” and “Mrs.” giant balloons decorating the space.

In another telling photo, Cyrus—dressed in white—and Hemsworth sliced into a cake before their guests. Mother-of-the-possible-bride Tish Cyrus was also present for whatever the celebration was as she appeared in the backdrop of the pic.
The couple endured a rather rough second part of 2018 following the Malibu fire that claimed their home. While escaping the disaster, Hemsworth managed to save all of their animals, prompting Cyrus to re-name her fiancé with another monicker.

“[Liam is] my partner. I call him my ‘survival partner’ now,” she told Howard Stern on his SiriusXM show last month. “He thinks it’s not romantic, but I learned that it is,” she continued. “It is why you pair up with someone, for survival. And he was so incredible. He got all the animals out in his truck. He put two pigs in crates, which I tell you is so hard.”
The pair ended up moving to Nashville temporarily, though they’re oftentimes on the road given their hectic schedules. “We’re adjusting,” she said. “I think the hardest thing for both of us right now is to go back.”
