That glow! When Miranda Kerr isn’t leading a cosmopolitan lifestyle as one of the world’s most in-demand supermodels, she’s keeping her skincare routine surprisingly natural ahead of her wedding.

“I really love going in the infrared sauna just to detox,” the future bride, 33, told InStyle this week. (Infrared saunas differ from traditional saunas, which require the use of steaming coals, by emitting radiant heat.) Along with the piping hot sauna treatment, Kerr implements a Swedish beauty secret into her maintenance routine.

“I’m such a big fan of body brushing, like dry body brushing. I love it,” she added. “I do it every morning religiously. It stimulates the lymphatic system. It detoxifies your body.”

The process consists of brushing skin with long upwards strokes—starting outward to inward. The process supposedly helps with the removal of toxins and dead skin cells and allows for the regeneration of new cells.

She supplements that with an internal remedy. The model gravitates towards Noni juice, which consists of a cold-pressed green juice, coconut water, and alkaline water. “You notice a big difference,” she said. “It has over a hundred vitamins and minerals. So when you feed your body from the inside, and you feed your skin from the outside, you’ve got a powerful combination to really boost your well-being.”

Kerr has long been an advocate of natural, organic products and clean living. The Australian native co-founded a skincare and beauty line called Kora Organics in 2009.

The former Victoria’s Secret Angel and Snapchat founder Spiegel got engaged last July. “Was I expecting it? Absolutely not,” the mom of one recalled to Female First in October 2016. “He said to me, ‘Miranda, I’m telling you now, this is the first and last time I’m going to kneel down, in front of you.’ I was terribly nervous and emotional, trembling with happiness.”

Kerr most recently served as a bridesmaid in her brother Matthew’s wedding over the holidays.
