Nick Jonas knows a thing or twenty about weddings. The Jonas Brothers, who reunited in a headline-making way last week with their single “Sucker,” joined James Corden on Carpool Karaoke Thursday, March 7, to discuss everything from the band’s initial breakup to Nick’s numerous wedding receptions.

During the ride, Corden strapped Nick into a lie detector machine and peppered him with questions such as: “Was there ever a point during your many weddings that you thought, ‘I’m done with these weddings?'”

“Yes,” the newlywed laughed. “It was when I looked at the bill.”

Both Chopra and Nick have joked about their whirlwind wedding month, which kicked off with a set of pre-wedding festivities in India. The couple married in a Christian ceremony on December 1, at the lavish Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India, which was then followed by a Hindu wedding the following day. The estimated cost of the entire wedding itself set the couple back at least half a million dollars.

Kevin was also asked a similar question about Nick’s receptions on Corden’s show, and if, at any point, he had wondered: “How much longer is this going to be?”

“Yes,” Kevin replied.

Just this week, Joe Jonas revealed his thoughts about his younger brother’s many weddings, and what he’s learned in the planning process ahead of his nuptials to Sophie Turner this summer.

“Mostly things not to do,” Joe explained to Corden this week. “They were both absolutely beautiful. All 18 of Nick’s [were] amazing… For Kevin, Kevin had a snowstorm during his wedding, which was fantastic. So maybe don’t get married in December. And for Nick, there were quite a few but I would say stick to one. One and done.”
