So much to to celebrate! Pink and Carey Hart celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary on Saturday, January 7, just over a week after welcoming their second child, Jameson Moon Hart.
The Grammy Award-winning artist, 37, commemorated the special occasion with a sweet Instagram snap of the couple kissing. “Yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum,” she captioned the shot. “That’s one for every year care bear. I really like you this week. #happyanniversarymylove I’m very lucky to be able to say that you’re mine. Thanks for sticking around.”
In a Twitter post, Hart, 41, gave an anniversary shout-out to his love. “In between poop diapers and breast feedings I want to say I love to my amazing wife! Happy 11th to the most amazing woman on the planet,” the motocross racer wrote. “You have given me happiness, love, two amazing children, and a lifetime of good times. I love you @pink.”
The duo first met back in 2001 at the Summer X Games in Philadelphia. After a temporary split, Pink proposed during a motocross race in 2005.
The singer has been open about the couple’s ongoing ups and downs. Back in December, she dispelled rumors that she and Hart had split with a humorous Instagram post. “Apparently @hartluck I HAVE HAD IT!!!!!!!” she wrote. “So you better fix this s–t, whatever it is, cause it’s obviously BAD. Just s—tty! And before you leave can you please teach me how to set the alarm? I can’t wait to take over your closet!!!!!! #moreclothes #ivehaditwiththiss–t.”
During a visit to The Ellen Show this past May, Pink spoke candidly about her marriage. “We take breaks,” she told the daytime host. “We’ve had two breaks. The first one was about a year, and the second one was 11 months. We’re due.”
Despite the bad times, Pink was quick to mention her husband’s strengths. “He’s very, very handsome and he’s sweet,” she told DeGeneres. “He’s an incredible dad.”
