These newlyweds are truly international. Pippa Middleton and James Matthews have touched down in Australia for the latest stretch of their honeymoon.
The couple, who married on May 20, previously enjoyed a sunny stay at The Brando on Tetiaroa Island in French Polynesia. Photographers captured the pair holding hands and beaming as they walked out of the Hyatt Hotel in Sydney, Australia, on Tuesday, May 31.
The couple then boarded a water taxi and made their way onto a seaplane that gives an aerial view of the city’s beaches and its iconic architecture.
Middleton, 33, grinned from ear-to-ear while wearing a black-and-white striped dress with a bow cinched at her waist featuring tassels at the neckline. She paired her outfit with a black blazer, a pair of espadrilles, and a cross body purse. Matthews, 41, who adorably held his wife’s hand as they made their way out to a sea plane, coordinated with the party planner in a white dress shirt underneath a preppy blue sweater over jeans.
Middleton later gave a shy wave to photographers after disembarking the plane at the Sydney Seaplanes terminal at Rose Bay.
The two have been globe-trotting after their lavish wedding 11 days ago. On Monday, May 22, the pair touched down in Los Angeles only to board another plane for French Polynesia. They then stayed at The Brando, which features private cottages with sweeping oceanfront views, eco-tourism activities, and cuisine prepared by a Michelin star-rated chef.
