Marriage looks amazing on Mr. and Mrs. Matthews! The society wedding of the year is currently underway after Pippa Middleton and James Matthews made it official on Saturday, May 20.
The bride and groom—photographed walking out of St Mark’s Church in Englefield, Berkshire together moments after their traditional church wedding ceremony—were all smiles upon being pronounced husband and wife.

After turning heads at her sister Kate’s wedding to Prince William, Pippa Middleton graduated from bridesmaid to bride on Saturday at a star-studded wedding in an English country church. Surrounding the pair were their page boys and bridesmaids, including the adorable Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Middleton and Matthews also gave each other a tender kiss amid the hullabaloo following the ceremony.
They have planned a lavish reception on the grounds of Carole and Michael Middleton’s Bucklebury estate, where a large glass structure has been placed for the bride and groom’s celebrations.

For the wedding itself, Pippa stunned in a beautiful white gown by Giles Deacon, who was long speculated to take on the coveted role of dress designer.
Matthews and Middleton have been friends for more than a decade, and briefly dated in 2012 only to go their separate ways for a few years. In 2015, the pair reconciled and a year later, they were engaged. The bride—who first stepped into the spotlight as sister Kate Middleton’s wedding in 2011—is an event planner and an author. The groom, meanwhile, co-founded a hedge fund, which he currently oversees and manages.
