At last. After several weeks of quietly avoiding their engagement news, unexpected celebrity couple Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas finally and publicly confirmed they’re getting married on Saturday, August 18, via social media.
The stars are currently in Mumbai, India, to introduce their families. Chopra posted a rare, loved-up photo of Jonas looking at her adoringly at their engagement party.
“Taken.. With all my heart and soul..” she captioned the image. Her fiancé echoed her sentiments while sharing the same image on his page. “Future Mrs. Jonas. My heart. My love,” he added.
The Quantico actress also posted a slideshow from a ceremony hosted by her side of the family. “The only way to do this… with Family and God,” she captioned images taken alongside her mother, her brother, and her future in-laws. “Thank you all for your wishes and blessings.”
A custom logo that read “NP,” believed to be for “Nick” and “Priyanka,” appropriately adorned the party site.
Chopra finally debuted her engagement ring this week after playing coy about the topic since late July. According to reports, Jonas shut down a Tiffany & Co. store to select a ring for his then-girlfriend.
He isn’t the only Jonas brother to currently plan a wedding. Joe Jonas is also engaged and set to marry Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner.
